What should I do if I lose my Tinytag DI software?
If you lose your copy of Tinytag DI, please contact Gemini Data Loggers, who will be able to provide you with a new copy of Tinytag DI. More information can be found in this article.
Gemini Data Loggers is able to provide a new copy of Tinytag DI, either as a download or on a USB, to customers who lose their copy of Tinytag DI.
Your new copy of the software will remain compatible with the rest of your Tinytag DI system, as Gemini Data Loggers is able to reissue software activation keys with your organisation's unique customer number.
